JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reads specifications in blueprints to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required

Cuts and installs materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws

Plans proper sequence of tasks to complete the assignment

Tracks time of process to stay on target

Inspects products, evaluating finished pieces for compliance with quality standards and specifications

Maintains a clean work area

Fully trained and capable of using the necessary tools to complete daily duties

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma

2+ years of carpentry experience preferred but not required.

Construction/manufacturing background is a plus!

Valid driver’s license required

Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Ability to work in an environment with high noise level
