Our 50-acre manufacturing campus is headquartered in Calverton, New York, and supported by design and engineering offices in Manhattan, Boston, and Hartford.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Jr. Structural Engineer at IEF, you will be accountable for performing structural analysis for all components within a custom cladding/curtainwall system, including but not limited to cladding, framing, connection, & anchorage under the supervision of a licensed engineer.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • · Ensure project solutions meet or exceed applicable codes and standards, project specifications, and internal performance criteria.

    · Coordinate with factory and field personnel to ensure materials and assembles are structurally adequate for crating, shipping, and rigging.

    · Coordinate with lead project engineer to meet the project schedule and associated milestones.

    · Participate in continuous improvement efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • · B.S Degree in Civil Engineering.

    · E.I.T. or ability to obtain in 1 year

    · 1-4 years of experience

Salary Range: $64,700–$80,875
Location: Connecticut
