A high-end office tower emerges on a historic Tribeca site.

Located on the former site of the Tribeca Film Festival, this Gensler-designed office building was constructed upon a reinforced existing foundation and clad with a custom unitized facade system. From the first to the eighth floors, more than 450 “floor-set” curtainwall units form the enclosure, with bespoke aluminum rainscreen cladding and profiles creating a picture-frame effect for the structurally glazed openings. A “large-format” version of the unitized system was developed for the top-of-house scope, integrating mechanical louvers with rainscreen cladding, for installation by crane.
